Gun Safety

1. Handle all firearms as if they are loaded at ALL times.
2.
NEVER point any firearm at anything you do not intend on shooting. Keep muzzle pointed in a safe direction at all times.
3. Keep your finger
OUT of the firearm's trigger guard and off of the trigger until you are aligned on a safe target and have made the decision to fire.

ALWAYS be sure of your target, AND be observant of what is behind it.

NEVER take anyone's word that a firearm is unloaded. Clear it yourself, with your finger off of the trigger, and the muzzle pointed in a safe direction. Make sure that a magazine is NOT inserted in the magazine well.
6.
BEFORE firing your firearm, you should make sure that it is in proper working order, and that the barrel and action are clear of any obstruction. Use only the proper ammunition for your particular firearm!

8. Always wear adequate hearing and eye protection when using any firearm,
OR observing the use of any firearm.

SEPARATELY, secured in safe manner and inaccessible to children or unauthorized adults.

NEVER shoot on a hard or water surface.
